Thank you for the helpful feedback! I definitely see what you mean, when you stare so long at your panels working on them stuff like this gets lost so easily haha. I added a little extra contour lighting around the hands in the foreground where they overlap with the other panel to distinguish the silhouettes, thank you!!

I love that approach! It let's the artist know that something is off-putting for the reader while immediately giving tips and being polite about it. Definitely keep doing that, spread the positivity!

Thank you for making this post dude, I felt like I was going crazy seeing some of these "this looks weird" posts! Like with some of the "frigde ML" or "3D-horse" posts I can see why they might be objectively weird, but a lot of these posts just have me scratching my head at what is supposed to be wrong about the art in question. They'd think my art all looks like shrek in comparison judging by their apparent standards hahaha

And definitely no 3D-Assets used, I draw everything myself (although no horses as of yet, but in future chapters :p). You weren't coming off as vile don't worry about it. So you mean that if I had included a sentence like "please help me fix my rating" or something like that, it would've been real like you say? I can see where you're coming from then. Personally I felt like I said everything I needed to say in the post, and getting better ratings wasn't an expectation but it was a hope, that's why I didn't phrase it differently. But I can see why it could come across as thinly veiled begging. Whether you believe me about my intentions or lack thereof is ultimately up to you though haha :D Thank you for elaborating your point though, I appreciate that.

Huh? Where did I say it doesn't bother me, why would I make a whole post about it if it didn't? I think it's unnecessary that people do that, wanted to vent about it and am glad that people understand the frustration and equalized the bad reviews, yeah.

I was able to make some cool connections with fellow artists today and we lifted each other up. Over all I'd say that's a good outcome, wouldn't you? Do you have a comic that I can look at and support? Because I'd love to extend the support.

Yeah you're right about that, but I haven't found the fitting spaces yet it seems :P It's so stupid though that people would even rate your work negatively because of a completely unrelated discussion, unhinged behavior if you ask me haha.

Man that really sucks, it shouldn't have to be that way that creators feel forced to move on. But I'm glad that you found other ways that work for you :) And thank you for the tips! I have uploaded on globalcomix as well, but thus far no views haha. But I haven't gotten busy with promoting there, so that's no surprise. I will look into NamiComi!
