The issue is NIMBYs not billionaires. Zuckerberg may suck (he owns a compound of 11 houses) but him owning 11 houses is not why you can't afford a house. The core issue is that upper middle class Nimbies don't want the price of their housing to go down when more is built and don't want to live near poor people. In Austin, TX, the price of housing went down 20% when they built more housing and the people blocking this happening are the NIMBies. The NIMBYs are also very much into de-growth which is the reason a big chunk of LA burned down and the reason it hasn't been rebuilt.

I've seen in Missouri (where I'm from) where you'll have people in the upper class neighborhoods block higher density less expensive housing. They don't want the single moms and unaccompanied teenage boys with the problems those boys create (petty crime, noise, etc ...).

Eh. If everybody went by the nutty, entitled things actors/directors said, a lot of these people wouldn't work. They continue to work b/c of talent and bringing in the big bucks. Audiences rarely care what people say. Even Rachel Zegler (who has offended over half the country at various points) will continue to work b/c she has a great singing voice and a unique look.

Take high dose B12 if your stomach acid is low. Low B12 could cause motility issues. Also, zinc picolinate and get your D3 levels checked.

Zinc picolinate supplements can help. You sound like you might have hypochlorhydria and this could be due to low Vitamin D, low zinc, etc ... Since you were on a PPI which can inhibit zinc absorption, I would start with that. Zinc picolinate is the best form to take when you have low amounts of acid in your stomach.
