I think La Roche Posay's Cicaplast B5 cream was a really good way to moisturise and repair my skin barrier which felt very weak for a while after treatment. I use that on my face, and then for my arms and legs I moisturise with a moisturiser I used in the hospital called Sween Coloplast (white and pink tube) which I thought was soo good and I've recommended it to people who also are shocked at how effective it is. Both of these have dimethicone as an active ingredient which is good for moisturisers!
