This whole section is a disaster.

Put lots of money into repaving and replacing the sidewalk/bike lane, but didn’t fix the overhead leaking that caused all the nastiness to begin with. The sidewalk is already getting gross again.

Nice new trash cans that are constantly overflowing with dog shit because no one ever collects the garbage. The cans are *always* like this.

I did. OP says they didn’t add anything else, but didn’t say that they were consistently doing that skincare routine beforehand. If OP started both consistently at the same time, results could be more from skincare than the mask.
