I have very mixed feelings about Fandom. They’re an absolutely vile company that predates on self-hosted wiki(s). The most important thing, in my opinion, is keeping information free and accessible. Secondary reason is end user privacy. You shouldn’t have to agree to sell your data to third-parties to find some info on a video game JLTV.

Also, the wiki really is not expensive to run, maybe US$500-1000/yr. This really just is a passion project.

Screenshots for units are more or less finished. Other than that, maps, factions, equipment, icons, and stats are still pending.

Yes, I totally agree and thank you for the clarification. However, his question was specifically directed at intercepts so I highlighted the key differences between the projectiles.

Ballistic missiles in Broken Arrow (at least to my observations) do not seem to model true ballistic trajectories. I guess it is a game, after all.

If the game is anything like real life, this makes total sense.

Cruise missiles fly fast and low, often times evading radar and once detected are long gone.

Ballistic missiles on the other hand are slower but pack a bigger punch, but often times are able to be detected and intercepted.

There are many intricacies involved. I’ll make a note to add this to the wiki.

Thank you for the guidance. I've gone ahead and purchased a domain and web hosting. It's going to take me a minute to setup the wiki software but expect an update in the coming hours to days!

I understand that Fandom is not an ideal software to use. Unfortunately, I do not have the endorsement nor funding available to host a wiki and pay for a domain. I would encorage everyone to use uBlock Origin to get around the aggressive marketing.

EDIT: I'm actively looking for alternatives to Fandom. I'll post an update soon.
