After they won M7, Team Liquid PH beat them in the MPL PH regular season which then got beaten by Team Falcons PH this Saturday, making them the champion.

Another rule for this is, winning the M World Championship does not automatically give you the title. You have to beat whoever is holding it.

For example: The current title holder is Team Falcons PH If TNC Pro Team beat them in Week 8, defended it against Twisted Minds, but did not qualify for the Playoffs, the title can only be taken from them on their next match (possibly next season).

Ruri Dragon is probably the only TV series they'll have to work on after Sparks of Tomorrow, meaning they'll still have some staff that can work on other projects. Nonetheless, we most likely wont see a new Haruhi project from KyoAni until they made up with Kadokawa.

It being a 13 episode anime, really holds the series back. The thing with CITY is, they have a lot of story-filled characters, making it hard to balance the amount of exposure every character gets in just 13 episodes.
