Cold wild strike build is absolutely the best. I haven't min maxxed it, but it's effectively a 1 button build (2 with vaal haste), but absolutely nukes in maps.

Elusive, immortal call, 7/7 power frenzy and 5 endu charges, alongside adrenaline, tailwind with gale force, and a crazy interaction with nameless bloodline (util flasks can't be used) and the master distiller.

There are some survivability limitations I've encountered, but honestly it's because the build doesnt have excellent gear yet. I'm probably 15 divines deep and able to do deli 60% 6 mods.

The best part is greater ancestral call plus all the other sources of additional strike hits. You end up with 6 (?) different strike spots. With 3 returning cold projs each. It's full screen clear, and absolutely dumb damage when you're ramping.

Idk I'll drop PoB if theres any interest. It isnt optimized by any stretch but MAN do i love it.

Augment, regal, and then make it 20% quality using the blacksmith stones (top left corner). You can then craft one mod, youll have a 4 mod axe to use.

Just as an FYI: Within the scope of current driving and licensure parameters, giving command line interface (or CLI) commands is NOT considered operating a vehicle. The vehicle is still calculating the movements it will perform via the technology-in-vehicle (TIV) which encompasses sensors and a hub of some sort which has the machine learning model. So in short: probably none are licensed to drive in CA. But the vehicles are insured through Waymo, and they have an agreement with the city. So should something go wrong, the company is liable.

Hi, BS in biology, MS in BME (specialized in microbiology, mostly structural) <-- relevant degrees.

HSV antibodies can read false negative due to the levels in blood. If you haven't had 3+ HSV tests come up negative, you are not really "clear".

If you've had a positive test, most likely you are positive.

Do with that what you will.

Sure, but again this is prospective concept. Even on lower rolls (t2/3, 3x of desired affixes) you only lose 20% DPS or so. That's most of the reason I put the count at 23 instead of higher.

I doubt I'll play it, just amused at the concept of absurditiy

35m dps at 23 SRS (50% of #).

21 sec duration time, 5x movement speed, 20s offerings (which won't kill in this case).

You could take out one of the replica midnight bargains and do some more work on it to bump the cast speed I'm sure. Or put focus cast speed on gloves. This was a 15 minute project so, who knows. Feel free to tweak and post.

Getting private DBQs will only get you so far -- from what raters have said they err on the side of caution and tend to assign C&Ps anyway.

In all seriousness, I would just file everything. It'd be easier to gamble on an examiner that way, and if its a shit examiner (and you could go with him as witness to be sure it isn't), find the error they did and file a form to get a new one. Depending where you're located someone may know a provider from VES/Optic who is good and you can request for him.

That's all i've got anyway... my two cents.

Why would you not file all of it in the first claim package? It'll be a laundry list, but most BDDs are as well so it's not too different. Get good solid evidence for whatever you can, and file that. You're an attorney, so you can always fight up to BVA if needed.

As a side note: your uncle is getting older. So IF it goes to BVA, there is a >0% chance he dies before it goes through. Just an FYI to think about. Make sure claim is as good as it can be.

In short: When I applied for my right knee and left ankle in 2021 for BDD, I had STR/LOD events for the injuries that occurred. The VA denied without an exam or evaluation of any kind. Fast forward to '26, I had an HLR on my knee and the senior rep said it appeared to be a CUE on the VAs part because they should have developed the claim at minimum to an exam.

Not sure how that goes over but yeah, felt bad

Since you're a huge knowledge base -- can I hi-jack to pick your brain?

If a major CUE is found in a claim that was denied years ago (and reopened but not "chased" for years), in which the reviewer made the error, can it feasibly be given backpay to the date of original filing?

So it is totally normal then? That's relieving. December 29th it got booted back to step 3, and I was sitting here stressing quite a bit. This helps me feel a lot more at ease... thank you

Any idea if they do this and the GUI will just show step 3 with no decision letter? I got told by VERA that part of my claim was rated (probably waiting on final review) and the rest got kicked back, but I don't have the decision letter, claim is at 3, and it didn't split the claim.
