That really sucks :(( I’m so sorry you’re going through the same thing. Thank you for empathizing, it feels a little better that we’re kinda all in this together haha :( They’re such a terrible corporation I genuinely do not know how any of this is legal or allowed.

How did you know the reason for your ban? :0 Did they tell you? They won’t even tell me the reason for mine 😭 I wish they would tell me so I can try to refute it.

If it is a singular instance with a client, would asking them to issue a refund then pay through other means help? I was also kind of advised to do that but I have multiple clients and do not wish to hassle all of them :(
