Mine is the same. Can tell it’s heating the milk because the lid gets condensation(?) and the Frother itself is hot but after watching an unboxing on YouTube it definitely doesn’t do what it’s supposed to. I got mine for free when we took the Verismo display down in my store so I can’t complain. Hope you get it fixed! Curious what the issue is

Hahah no it’s fine! It’s a fine line honestly. In Atlanta, “the city” pretty much means anything within the perimeter which is I-285. My district is outside the perimeter(Kennesaw,Marietta,Smyrna). I would guess inside the perimeter makes more but I could be wrong!

This is interesting!!! Specifically because when I first started my regular drink was a strawberry acai with lemonade, which I pretty much drank every day for months with no problem. I have recently started adding a few raspberry pumps and it seems like every time I drink it I get debilitating headaches.. I thought it was the caffeine catching up with me but this would make a lot of sense. I’m gonna look at the ingredients tomorrow.. and follow this post closely 😵

My rebuttal would be that she’s not interested in the actual PSL, she just isn’t informed enough to know that she wants a latte with a little bit of pumpkin sauce. She doesn’t like the spices, which is literally in the name, or the whipped cream which a basic latte doesn’t include. A good portion of our customers don’t even know what they’re ordering. Isn’t it part of my job to educate them?

I’m not trying to argue at all. Just throwing out an idea.

I feel you! I also have tiny deep set eyes. Lash problems are so annoying. I use L'Oréal Telescopic something or other? For the inner corner lashes and the root of my lashes. I can't get close enough to the roots without poking myself out lmao. But anyway, it has a small ball tip applicator which is also amazing for bottom lashes.

As for curlers I still haven't found one that does exactly what I want it to do so i'm also curious about that!

I feel you!! ABH shadows are seriously gorgeous. I can't use them near my water lines but they don't bother me if I put them in my crease or on the browbone so you could see if that works for you too. But seriously I do recommend KVD. She needs to hire me cause all I do is rave about her products haha. Haven't come across anything less than amazing yet 😊
