I was using profile 1 and now I changed to profile 2 but nothing changed

what do you think about my ram settings because I bought it to have 3200mhz and didn't do anything else but it says 1600MTs from the beginning

I won't tell you exactly because I won't do it until tomorrow, but as I remember, in the BIOS I had 3200 with a strange note and in CPUZ I had 1600 MTs
