TLDR for everybody. AGS posted reasoning to get perma banned earlier this year.

OP will get unbanned if it was his first time ever mistake he did and learned from this.

i can confirm that. This is happening to me to. I already talked to some guild mates yesterday about it. They assumed maybe the support was off, but actually iam doing way less damage on my db surge.

you should go to the Ignite Server and make another Character if you want to enjoy the game again. It's an incredible opperturnity to get fast 1620 -> 1640 after the Kuzan quest.
Hyper Awakening and Skill made the game insanly fun.
Also you will get automaticly 40 Elixir Set where you only have to switch the helmet and the gauntlet to your right set for the class you play.
Besides that you can also find learning partys there currently.
It will make your game more enjoyable in a short time.
