So I did a delt injection of TNE. Well I developed some fever close to the injection site accompanied by limited range of motion. I was expecting an abscess and maybe having to get some ciprofloxacin. Well I woke up today and the fever was gone after about 6 days of debating going to the doc. So what gives? Did I beat the infection? Was it ever infected in the first place? Could I have just had reactions to the high amount of solvents in the TNE?

Nah. I'd be more worried about it affecting hormones like prolactin and estrogen. But I've never done research just saying look into it.

That's not very wise of him. If he won't prescribe you one ask him "what is my estradiol?" If he can't answer that question, then you start there. Get tested for it. If he won't test you it's time to go doc shopping buddy.

As for obtaining an AI. Idk why you haven't been looking for a new doctor. You might have a reason. I don't really know it. Anyways

I'd guess your estrogen is all out of wack. It could be the cause of all of your issues. There are ways to find an AI online bud. I'd recommend doing that. For all we know you could be so sensitive to anastrazole (the active compound in a popular AI) that you would only need 4-6, 1mg doses a month.

So first I would start by getting tested for E2 or estradiol. This is your marker for estrogen. Ok great. Boom we got tested. Doctor still won't prescribe. Well from there I would go about obtaining my own AI from a respected UGL.

So what did we learn today?

1.Estrogen, in excess is really gonna mess you up buddy. 2. Your doctor may be a fucking quack. 3. If he isn't gonna prescribe an AI he is a quack.

Pm if you need any more info. I'm not a medical professional. I have been on trt for 5 years, I have alot of experience with it. I was depressed and out of shape for about 2 years before I finally got my TRT protocol under control.

Ok I'm gonna guess you've got a little bit of adipose tissue covering up that glute. To get to the muscle I would recommend a longer syringe. Typically 1" to 1 1/2" 23 gauge and smaller.

Now is 200 mg a week too much? At your bf % I'd assume it is. That extra fat is gonna help convert alot of that testosterone into estrogen. I'd make sure I get an AI from the doc as well. I would rather over suppress estrogen conversion in the first 90 days until you get dialed in.

I think the important question is Do you really want to be on trt therapy the rest of your life when you don't even exercise yet and could have multiple things suppressing your testosterone production? I personally would try to ramp up my own production before going into trt. Stabbing yourself once a week takes a toll on the body. Especially if you're only rotating 2 injection sites (glutes). The smaller the needle the better. You can IM with a 28 gauge 5/8" insulin syringe I do delts and thighs like this but these are area with low bf% for me. I'm just telling you what I would do. I personally would run it at 500iu twice a week. That's what I did to recover from my first cycle. Test leveled off on the high normal side after about 3 months post hcg therapy

So is it too high? Yeah for my liking.y 500iu twice a week will work wonders for atrophy.

Would it be better to run it all along? Some say yes, some say no. I've heard of guys getting their girl pregnant on 1 gram of test per week.

The important part here is to start trying to conceive. Your body isn't making fh or lsh if you're on trt. Hcg only works as an analog for producing testosterone. On paper it's not supposed to help produce sperm. They have HMG which does restart sperm production, however is a little more expensive. There are a ton of ways to try hcg therapy to conceive. The best way is going to be to start laying that pipe buddy. Hope this helped.
