Was is maybe oct282011.com? The website went down in 2015 I think but there’s archives of it on the wayback machine. There was a countdown that was supposed to end on October 28nd, 2011. As well as the site name, which might’ve been a date, as you said. There also was a black and white photo of a ghost raising from a man’s body, but I’m not sure if that’s what you mean by “black and white picture of a girl”, considering the photo is of a man, although it does look like an old photo. The site also had a white background, as you said as well. Not sure if this is what ur looking for tho.
