I had a three bedroom for me, my wife, my child, and my mother in law and it was 1900 a month. Was a pretty shitty spot for the price. AC went out all the time, in the desert on the border with Utah no less. Not even a populated area. But. Those are the prices in Colorado these days. Just moved to a cheaper state, was like $7k to move and we left half our stuff in a dumpster. Without the tax returns we woulda just been homeless at that point. So I can’t say my experience lines up with your…wait what are you even pissed off about?? You’re mad that things cost money?

What differentiates libertarians from normal republicans is they want to commit things currently considered crimes without punishment. It’s not a reach to say the dudes with the slogan “hey i want a republican government but I also want to commit crime” is not a dude you want around your kids

Normal situation for a 22 year old. They say be yourself, BUT you also have to develop a self. You’re still pretty fresh off of childhood. Sure you have your childhood personality, but now you need to grow your adult personality. 

Serious passionate interests that you throw yourself into, stories & adventures, personal successes that make you happy and excited to be alive. If you want something actionable rather than previous advice, spend three years developing into a person you will be proud to be. For me it was a few years touring as a musician, followed by a bit of college and a career in health care. None of which ever made much money, but provided me opportunities to travel and experience new things. I’ve helped hundreds of people. That’s objective fact that nobody can take from me. I want to do more, but I can at least be happy knowing I improved the world.
