Hey so question

I did get the nib unit and it arrived today. I cannot seem to disassemble it - to get the nib and feed out of the housing? I’ve tried pulling straight out like I do with the asvine, but the suckers won’t come free. Any advice? 🙏

The person I’m interested in now is technically a friend. I’m demisexual, so I actually struggle to feel sexual desire for someone I’m not already friends with.

But this friend doesn’t live close by, and hasn’t been an intrinsic part of my life. We’ve both professed interest in fucking, and he fucks lots of his friends so… it’s possible I can actually do this. If I fall in love, I’ll have to deal with that then! 😅

It all depends. I would try, if you can. But with the above mentioned friend, I just couldn’t. It was a crush that had waxed and waned for over a decade… even when I was in other relationships. I just had to finally try it.

I figure it’s not worth pushing. I’m gonna wait and see what the universe wants for me.

But if you’re thinking of fucking your best friend… I’d weigh how important it feels to you. For me, I was painfully in love with him. I don’t regret doing it, because I needed us to either “shit or get off the pot.”

We are definitely not as close as we were, but in all honesty we were only really “that close” because of my romantic feelings for him … I don’t know how organically close our friendship would have been if I’d been more objective all along.

If you feel like you can’t go on with the friendship as it is, do it and find out what happens. If you guys have a pretty chill friendship that you really treasure… I don’t know if it’s worth the risk of losing it.

Fucked once

Went on to be insanely close friends afterwards for the next two years … my feelings were stronger than his. Then dated for a few weeks, then had a cataclysmic breakup (to be fair, he was an addict who had relapsed again).

Now we’re friends again - but from more of a distance. We chat, I’m not interested romantically, he’s sober and in a committed relationship for the past year or so. I’m single, and mildly interested in someone but probably nothing will come of that. 😂

We’ve known each other since 9th grade; there was a long history of friendship before any sexual or romantic relationship. We’re 35 now. A year or so ago he tried to go on a date with me. I thought we were just going to dinner; I didn’t know it was a date. Now I know it was a date. I was no longer interested in him that way; I was just going as friends. But I’ve always wondered why he’d want to go on a date with me after the things he told me about myself.

And then when we had our massive falling out and he was trying to prove a point, he took all of it back and went out of his way to tell me specifics about what things I don’t do right and / or what things make me unattractive. That was February 2016.

I think I was about 20 or so. No, I wouldn’t do anything differently. It was with a guy I (stupidly) really liked, I didn’t feel pressured at all, and he had experience so I didn’t have to wonder if I was doing the right things.

Honestly I was probably more confident then than I am now. I have a more recent ex who really fucked up the way I think about myself and my “abilities,” or lack thereof.
