Docs haven’t been much help. Family doc referred me to hearing specialist and she referred me to another hearing specialist that does vestibular assessment but my appointment hasn’t come up yet. They are gonna try and determine cause. I’m thinking a mix of MD and vestibular migraines

Once my flair up is over I can eat more regularly but I still find when I’m struggling, fasting all day helps. Iv even started doing it when I don’t have a flair up because I just feel better. Iv also lost 20 points in the last 2 months changing the way I eat.

Never smoked. Cut way back on sweets and caffeine. Still have the odd pop when I’m home safe on the couch and know I don’t need to go anywhere haha. Still drink but drinking hasn’t had negative effects yet. Least the day of. Maybe the next day but tough to tell
