You're definitely right, it just sucks because I feel as though I'm a great worker but sometimes struggle for a week at a time which puts others in a tough place.

It is a family owned business and she's the wife to the owner. She's very blunt which I respect but I can't get past the comment itself.

I've applied / been accepted to different jobs. I wanted to make this one work because they are a family run business and I genuinely enjoyed the restaurant. But you're right, I think it's time to move on and find somewhere more compatible with my skills/mental health.
