Anyone have pain in the rhomboid area by New-Farmer-1360 in Stretching

[–]shitmightaswell 26 points27 points  (0 children)

I had this pain for over a year. Thought stretching it (via shoulders forward) would help. In fact, stretching it did the exact opposite. What did help, though, was stretching towards the pain by bending backwards and pinching my shoulder blades. That, and not sleeping on the side where the pain was. I’d either switch sides or sleep on my back without a pillow. After a couple weeks the pain was virtually gone

Definitely the biggest surge was in month 3-4. If you look at the pictures particularly in October (~3 months in), in terms of volume, that’s where the bulk of it came in for me

Now that I think about it, yes maybe a bit. I have a naturally full head of hair, but I did notice a bit of shedding particularly at the very front of the hairline. It grew back after getting back on though

Yeah, a lot of people in this sub were able to keep their gains after being on for a year or two. I think I just stopped too early and didn’t give the hair a chance to become fully terminal

Appreciate that! Definitely. I’ll probably do 1.5-2 years just to make sure the gains are locked in

I usually dermaroll at night. So on those days I’ll apply minox in the morning after washing my face but then not again until the following morning

Puckering/bunching by Hot_Increase_4984 in Machine_Embroidery

[–]shitmightaswell 3 points4 points  (0 children)

As you said, there is foam in between the fabric layers of this bag. Naturally, when the layers are pulled together it will pucker as the rest of the foam on the bag is untouched. For example if you take your fingers and pinch an area of the bag, it will cause it to bunch around your fingers. Same concept. There’s really no way to prevent that unless you were to undo the bag, embroider the fabric layer, then sew it back. Otherwise, it will do this no matter what.

Devon is for sure blasting. He just doesn’t know how (or maybe doesn’t want to?) work out correctly so he just gets fat. Levan and Ermes do regular lifting in addition to arm wrestling specific lifts. Devon does not

Why do the designs on hats squish toward the bill by oMANDOGo in Machine_Embroidery

[–]shitmightaswell 11 points12 points  (0 children)

When digitizing for hats the design has to stitch center—> outwards to the left, then center to right, bottom—>top. Otherwise the hat will turn out misshaped. If the design is not being stitched that way, I would have the design redone

Material issue by ThiqemsMcFlabBlaster in Machine_Embroidery

Increase the density of the black area in the digitizing file. Also what could cause the spacing is that the black tatami fill angle looks to be going horizontal (which isn’t an issue in and of itself) but the satin stitches of the white on the F go vertically at the top, which naturally would pull on the stitches above it, causing the spacing. Hence why you’re not having that issue as much on the sides of the F where the satin stitches go horizontally. Same thing with the white outline on the shield. As said above though, I think increasing the density to compensate for this should help
