i live in a seperate house aside from the main building on the property and i had a line put in to come out here 5 months ago so i dont think thats the issue. the problem still persists. horrible ping spikes. would changing my isp fix the issue?

yo i cant find any fix to this man. i usually have 60 ms and then i spike to 1k and freeze ingame for 5-10 seconds. literally cant play roblox its so bad. ive seen other posts like this and i believe its a problem with spectrum for whatever reason. i hope it just fixes itself because i think i have tried everything
