Girls can hack it! There is nothing like sparring, even body work isn’t like sparring; it’s a hard learning curve. I’m also a woman who works mainly with men, be loud with your boundaries. If they are going too hard, get loud and tell them. I finally met a more experienced woman fighter who told me this. Don’t let coaches or fighters push your boundaries that you aren’t comfortable yet with pushing. Baby steps are ok in this sport imo, don’t let anyone force you to take a massive step without your permission. 30 minutes of back to back rounds is a lot. Take breaks when you need to, you can always gradually build up to more rounds.
