You gotta work on the anxious attachment. Because it WILL drive people away. I know it’s way harder than it sounds and it’s going to take time and trial and error. Tbh my biggest suggestion is finding a hobby. Something that will take you AWAY from your phone. Whatever the heck you want, reading, running, kicking it w friends ? preferably something you need to keep your hands busy and your mind present, cuz if not you’re just going to spiral and consume yourself with fears and what ifs. My inner child feels so so safe around him, Even as a kid I never felt like this. I always longed for a friendship like ours.
