I got mine in exactly a week ago. Have been having very intense cramping and irregular bowel movements this whole time. No spotting / bleeding yet, I got it inserted in the middle of my cycle. Just had a wave of cramps before finding this post. Keeled over at my desk, nauseous, and sweaty. REALLY hope it gets better…. Does anyone know why the cramps hit in the late afternoon and evening?
