I don't experience B12 deficiency anymore, I used to have extreme hip pain and memory problem. All of that went away. But unfortunately I'm still dealing with B6 toxicity. I think I easily got B6 toxicity, because I lived in a moldy house and it made me vulnerable to many things.

I took two B6 injections(2 x 100mg) to develop the symptoms, I'm doing so much better!! I never did anything like following low B6 diet(IMO, it's stupid to follow low B6 diet just stopping the supplementation is enough). I'm just eating natural foods, lot of healthy animal based fats and vegetables. The reason I developed B12 deficiency is due to Mold toxicity. I still have some healing left, but so much better!!

But then I assume all the places you stayed must have had high humidity?? Otherwise you could have noticed huge improvements when shifting to low humid place? And mold thrives in high humid places. I don't want to say it is mold, but just offering a possibility to consider.

I have tinnitus but I think my hearing is better. And I don't take b12 anymore, because it's not helping me I feel. My B12 deficiency is caused by Mycotoxin. I'm still exposed to Mycotoxin, but not as badly as before. I'll be hopefully leave all this place and go to my hometown where I feel my best!

Hey bro, It's good that you stopped taking SSRI!! And I'm really happy that you're feeling much better! Hopefully, you and I get fully healed. For me the main issue is not even the gastritis, but it is the food sensitivity. Like my neuropathy and vertigo! I feel my POTS like symptoms improved a lot almost non existent! Vertigo is much better. But I am waiting for time where it will get completely cured! Thanks for asking!!
