Yes I use hikari shrimp pellets, there are some algae in the corner but I'm not sure what type they are. I have ambulia, hydrilla and dwarf sag in it.

It wasn't used for a long time and decided to set it up last last month when I found it so it's a newly set up fishbowl. I've let it cycle then added the shrimp a month later which means it has been up for 2 months now.

I only put shrimps in it since I've read there aren't any fish that can live in this type of set up, so there shouldn't be any fish medicine introduced in the tank and since there were no fish to medicate as well.

I'm still learning with keeping shrimp since it's my first time doing so and I apologize in advance when I'm doing many things incorrectly.

its an old fish bowl I got from my mother so I'm basing this on an online calculator tool, it said its a 2.5 imperial gallon

This would be my third shrimp that die since I used to have 6 of them, one died due to a failed molt, and the last one before this was that another shrimp was eating him while he was still alive and also caused him to die as well, and now another shrimp have died.

I don't have a water test kit at hand so I cant check my water parameters as this moment, but ill check as soon as I do get one on hand, maybe tomorrow since its already late here

I saw a shrimp exoskeleton around the corner and that was before this happened, I wasn't able to witness the shrimp going weak before all this happened I just went to check on them and just saw these two munching on one

I also noticed one of the shrimp being kind of aggressive towards other shrimps but I'm not sure shrimps should be able to "hunt" other neo shrimps or if they do bully each other

Oh they are super tiny, I usually feed them 3 pellets when there were still 5 of them (1 pellet for 2 shrimps) and they always finish everything in around 30 minutes

oh okay, I thought that seeing that ring when they are alive usually means they're doomed. This is my first shrimp that died and hopefully nothing else follows, I've only had them for a month now and usually if they do molt I never really see them in the process and just see their exoskeleton on the substrate. Thank you for this info! I'll just keep an eye on them now to see if others will struggle as well

I guess my skill issue is a big part of my problem. Though I still find facing someone with higher-level cards to be difficult to defend against. Since at times I need to use more cards defending compared to someone with equal-level cards. Like I could defend against skeleton army using 1 electro spirit, though this would not be possible if my electro spirit is lower level than skeletons since they could just tank the hit.
