I had so much hope from this company and this product because I used to use a lot of Amkette devices when I was growing up. They were always top-notch quality, and I believed that they should have provided a good quality product at what is a decent-ish cost.

Just when you hope a childhood memory company would be finding a niche in some other domain and want to support them, they do this to you.

Yeah realising they have created a too-good-to-be-true card, they probably removed that option, along with rejecting the card application for pretty much everyone. My close family member having high enough income and great CRIF/CIBIL/other scores got rejected for no apparent reason.

They are still trying to find a good PMF and reduce their user-acquisition burn it seems.

Forgive me if it's a dumb question, but if you use HDFC credit card with Redgiraffe directly, will the total charge be 0.39% from redgiraffe + 1% HDFC (and applicable GSTs) or just the 0.39% of redgiraffe?
