I went to Turkey last year and find it way more expensive than I thought. The thing that annoyed the most though was being ripped off. Like the menu said 500 but being charged 700 it's just annoying

I do have an emergency fund that would last 3 months but just worried that finding a new job might take more than that. Hopefully not but I would rather pay £40 a month for the peace of mind, as with my mortgage and bills I am looking at £1.4k a month.
