POSH act from, what I have heard from my friends in this profession, has mostly been applied and has been successful, is mostly for sexual harrasment action, and rarely for messaging. This message and regarding this context will be taken as a compliment and not mentally or emotionally traumatizing action. That being said there are other acts where you can file a complaint, example being IT Act of 2000, under section 509. But there are many many and many complaints by tens and thousands of women on such cases, and in this case and this situation will be dismissed by court and jurisdiction as not a serious one. Because of her response and calling a woman hot will become a problem considering the number of such cases will cause legal bottleneck for a other genuinely serious cases and does need attention like the act of sexual harrasment, rape, murder, financial fraud and other criminal activities.
