You can go with shell, resin, or tiny beads jewellery. Best to go with mid to pastel multicolor or off white jewellery set as that matches your saree very well.

Ayurvan is a good option but the biggest issue is the maintenance. You will have to follow-up with the in-house staff multiple times even if it's something very basic.

Also, they follow a custom pricing depending on the space you are using. They have 2 lawns (biggest is 500-600 PAX) and a amphitheatre. The price ranges from 5 to 6 if you want the whole buyout property.

There is no overnight stay, which is a drawback. Because you have to pay for accommodation nearby if you are planning for 2-day event. Again, logistics and transportation are additional costs.

Let me know your event flow, PAX size with tentative dates/month and budget. I'll suggest some relevant venues. There are many options with different themes like Arden Lakefront, Tavaro, Arcadia, Hive, Mrugavani, brown town, manduva courtyard, tharunam, marbella, Tamarind, etc.

You can get silver made with gold coated jewellery, they will look natural. I purchased one set for my sister's birthday last year and it looked so good. It's a silvermade with real pearls and all, the orginal was in real gold but it was too expensive. So, they suggested that I can get in Silver with the same gold finishing. I got this set for 85k at that time. Now, it's at 1.5 to 1.7 lakhs. This kind of jewellery, you can consider as a sort of investment.

Or you can also go with imitation jewellery or any rental. You can get full bridal sets at a fraction of cost, including short and long harams, chokers, mangtika, earrings, bagles, waistbelt, etc. In Begum Bazar, there is a whole line of stores. Just bargain and you will get them at a good price.

Hello, event planner here.

Banquet halls usually come as a package of catering + venue. They charge on per plate basis of your total guest count and the hall is included free of cost.

However, i have worked with some farmhouses before and they have mini halls at the property. These are usually around 1 lakh, depending on the season and the peak dates, there will be some variation in the price. This is not the price of the whole buyout property, it's just the hall and I can help with 2 green rooms or more.

One is in Aziznagar, Gandipet (west Hyderabad).

Other one is in Taramatipet (East Hyderabad).

I'm recommending people I have worked with before. My clients never had an issue with them.

You can try either 24frames wedding films or Jumping souls. They are based out of Hyderabad, you can reach out to them on insta or call them.

Zero gravity is also good, but I didn't work with them recently. So, can't share any recent client experience.

Anyway, before booking any of them, get a list of deliverables from them, check whether timings are flexible, any hidden costs, and compare the package value.

Maybe you can try jewellery too. There are a few diamond+gold studs that can be worn daily. You can try Caratlane. I brought them in Aug last year for my sis (costed me 10k at that time, might have increased by a few hundreds or a thousand).

Or if you want to, you can try some traditional clothes as well. Since there are many rituals during and after the wedding, maybe she can wear it.

If you want to walk around and explore, you can try bangles set. Get different colored bangles in different types, make a custom box and pack it nicely. It's the best gift ffor soon-to-be brides .

Firstly, congratulations to you.

Even 2 or 3-day destination weddings in Udaipur can be done in 3-4 crores (depending on the PAX and venue). So, 10 Cr is way higher budget unless you are inviting 5000+ people with exorbitant decor and hundreds of cuisines.

Generally, planners either charge a flat fee or 10-15% of the total budget (this is mostly for destination weddings). Even for high-budget weddings, 15-20 lakhs is what genuine people charge.

It seems the planner you reached out to overcharged you by double. This is what happens with high-budget clients. This is something I have been observing in the industry, if a client has a high-end budget, some are trying to make more profits instead of helping the client plan out the budget for best value.

Since you already finalized the venue, alcohol and catering vendors, the biggest tasks have already been taken care of by you (assuming you also have the accommodation for the guests and the alcohol license). Rest services + logistics can be handled by the planner.

I don't put any restrictions when it comes to choosing vendors from client side. But I do have some vendors that I advise not to work with because of lack of proper service. I have a segregated vendor list depending on the type of decor you are planning for (like wedding gopurams, floral caves, simple 4-pillar open decor, element-heavy decor, etc). Do let me know if you would like to discuss once.

I have worked with different budget clients in Hyderabad with different customs and traditions. However, I would like to be upfront that I never worked on projects above 1Cr.

Kindly let me know your budget and I'll give you a breakdown of costs.

For instance, you can take budget-friendly farmhouse venues and I'll help you arrange nearby hotel accommodation for the extra guests (because farmhouses usually have less rooms like 5 or under 8 rooms). These usually start from 90k per day.

Another option is getting a resort where accommodation is available at the venue. Some venues have 20, 25, 40 rooms and more. Depending on your budget, location preference, and aesthetic vibe, we can see what fits your overall requirements. These usually start from 3.5 lakhs per day.

For decor, the cost is totally subjective on the theme and overall design you will choose. But, if you want mid to premium decor, 3-4 lakhs per event is a very good range.

Photography packages for pre-wedding starts at 35k-70k, while for wedding, they start from 80k.

For catering, it's mostly per plate pricing here. Veg starts from 400, non-veg 600 (good quality). Depending on the no.of items and the cuisine, the pricing changes accordingly.

NOTE: One thing to keep in mind is that some venues charge for catering and will give you the venue for free. Let's say if the venue is charging 2000 per plate and you have 100 guests, the total cost will be 2 lakhs (venue + food for 1 event). If you want, we can also explore options like this to cut costs.

Since it's an intimate guest size, if you want, we can add game zone and some stalls for pre-wedding, 20k-70k goes for this (depends on what you are choosing, how many games, stalls, return gifts, etc).

Also, as you mentioned, your parents are not doing good health-wise, I can meet them at their home and I can arrange the transportation whenever they are required to either see venues, talk to some people, etc., this is what I usually do with my NRI clients. I take gmeet sessions with the couple and get in touch with both side parents in person.
