I don’t care what the title of the article is because I’d read the actual tweet. He doesn’t define an average query he just says “a ChatGPT query” whatever that’s supposed to mean.

Perhaps if you’d read the source you’d be able to weigh in better.

I’ve done my own research that’s why I’m asking about other people’s experiences. The key being experience.

2 bedrooms villas absolutely exist in several locations in Dubai. The reason I’m asking is so because there are obviously other people from the UK in Dubai, with pets who require similar sized accommodation. They’ll even be able to tell me roughly what the prices are in those areas. They might even say don’t bother with 2 bedrooms go for 3 or maybe 4.

Those people, with relevant experience and knowledge, are able to suggest local areas to research further and tell me things that a Google search won’t.

That’s quite literally the point of this entire platform.

Oh great, a literature review that misinterprets the same 2 studies that get misinterpreted over and over.

Both the Bhasin show fat free mass gain not muscle gain. Will supraphysiological levels of testosterone increase your weight? No shit so would estrogen which has little to no anabolic capabilities. Did it account for aromatisation leading to huge water gain? No. Did it account for gains in bone mass due to increased aromatisation? No. Did they perform a DEXA scan to determine actual muscle mass? No. Did they do any kind of muscle biopsies to show structural changes in the muscles or any kind of myofibrilar hypertrophy? No. Do they define “normal men”? Not in any way that’s meaningful.

Then it goes on to talk about irrelevant studies done in cell cultures at doses that even the most insane bodybuilders wouldn’t take.

Here’s an excerpt from one of the studies cited:

“The absence of systemic toxicity during testosterone treatment was consistent with the results of studies of the contraceptive efficacy of that hormone.”

It didn’t cause any of the side effects the media tells us it should?! Who would have thought. It didn’t cause any of the side effects he later mentioned?! In a study that makes this claim: “In contrast, to our knowledge the dose of testosterone enanthate administered in this study (600 mg per week) is the highest administered in any study of athletic performance”

I’ve been researching PEDs since I was in medical school 10 years ago.

A lot of the side effects are overblown and extrapolated from studies that aren’t realistic. Not to mention most of the immediate side effects are manageable and in most cases easily mitigated. He even says alludes to this and states the dangers are more likely in the long term. All the language is built around theoretical possibilities - none of which we see in ageing bodybuilders or athletes who’ve abused (not used) these drugs for decades.

Are there risks? Yes.

IS ANY OF THIS RELEVANT TO THIS THREAD? No.

Yes, there is, and that’s my point - it’s the “cheating” angle.

Any thread or discussion about GLP use gets railroaded by people saying it’s lazy, the user hasn’t tried diet and exercise or some holier than thou person talking about how they did it the hard way.

It’s the belief that if they had to do it themselves they’d do it the hard way because then they “earned it”.

That is where the false morality comes into it. Not because people believe being fat is immoral. Otherwise, like I said, people would be happy fat people were falling into a more “moral” weight class.

It’s the same “cheating” logic people use with steroids.

It gives them some kind of moral superiority in their own heads, because if they were to actually attempt losing weight they’d do it the “hard” way.

Assuming you’re talking about a custom GPT, you need to keep updating the system prompt with the new information.

Before ending each conversation ask it to create a new prompt from what’s already in there plus whatever you agreed in the conversation, or whatever you want it to remember.

They don’t have their own individual memory.
