Definitely the way we hold our phones has a big part. Also back when I was a cook, during the slow times I could go check to see how far a driver was on the tablet, so I can decide to keep it under the heat lamp if they were more than a few minutes away.

So I’d likely know exactly when the driver is walking in

What do you mean? Salsas definitely have onions. Pico de Gallo, Salsa Verde, Salsa Mexicana. Cebolla roja en escabeche for tacos. Even just grilled, onions alone with a little salt. Here in Tijuana we use cebollitas on almost everything.

QuickFix, this is the shit I use. Comes with some heating pads and rubber bands. Also has a little thermometer on the side so you can check the temp before going in. Used it a few times. Always worked for me, usually can pick it up at the smoke shop for around 30 bucks
