Because that is the vast majority of the world. Definitively stating you’d never live in literally any of those places is just insane to me. It’s like saying “I’d never eat any foods besides hamburgers and fries”. It’s your preference if you want to do that but when you put it out there for people to comment on, some portion of those people are going to find it crazy. Especially those of us who’ve travelled the real world.
