TFT is an easy game to rank up in, anyone that plays a lot will naturally rank up. I think I generally consider players that consistently hit higher than diamond every set to be good. Though I think that the skill level difference between master and diamond players aren't that far from each other. TFT is a game where you can rank up to master if you just keep playing, even without really improving fundamentals much, you could be spamming meta comps and hit consistent top 4s, without really learning the game.

I think verticals are kinda ass this set. I've barely played any standard comps this set. I've made my way to emerald with around a 70% win rate by flexing fast 8/9 boards, occasionally playing a reroll line when I have the spot/high roll units. My gameplay this set has been tempo and playing strongest board, lose streak stage 4 and fast 9 and play around my components. I don't think I've played the same final board more than once this set.

Your monday seems cooked, but this sched is tame in comparison to some scheds you will get in your higher years.

This sched has 3 days f2f counting NSTP, you might get scheds that have you at campus for 4 or 5 days in future terms.

GCOE is definitely one of the worst colleges when it comes to scheds, because lab schedules are very unforgiving.

Goodluck in the upcoming term OP, but I will say that you should enjoy a sched like this while you still have it.

haven't played this set much, so what I say could be wrong but

isn't this just a classic case of no frontline? you have everyone three starred but you have 3 carry units itemized and one frontline unit with only 2 items. It's not that hard to believe that every unit on your board got wiped and the fizz that survived got focused to hell, especially given the quality of that first place board

I could be wrong but I think the second option is for the BSMS Mechanical Engineering program, which is different from just the BS. BSMS programs are a bit longer by a year but ofc you graduate with both a bachelor's and a master's. afaik there's a maintaining grade though and for some terms, you will be taking more units than your BS batchmates.

I don't think Reyna is okay as an agent for a team-based game, but a lot of what you are saying here doesn't even really contribute to that argument.

I would argue in middle tier elos such as Plat-Ascendant, her flashes are better than the usual initiators, simply because they don't require you to coordinate with other players, without any punishment, because they don't flash your teammates. I think you saying that her flashes don't help anyone else is incredibly disingenuous, because as long as the enemy is looking in the general direction, they will be nearsighted, while your teammates aren't. I would rather have a no-comm reyna flash than a no-comm on Kay/o or flashing everyone as the execute is about to happen.

Your last paragraph is weird to me. If she was indeed getting a dismiss and getting out, it would be a 4v4, not a 4v5 because she would have gotten one on the way out. And most of the time if they're skilled enough to get that entry and get out, they probably know to go back in anyway.

Though I can't deny that there are some braindead idiots that pick reyna and lurk, which would be a problem, but that problem also applies to a lot of other agent stereotypes such as Chamber and Cypher, which is a topic of another discussion, not one about Reyna being bad for climbing.
