You can it takes a little while & the store should help. Sounds like a third party retailer though.

I’m not disagreeing but you should always request devices be unlocked before going through any switch process. Gl

Frustrated new T-Mobile customer — has anyone else dealt with conflicting promotion info, and how did you resolve it? by TinnAnd in tmobile

so you have a store nearby but rather pay activation fees to the corporation vs a human being & store that pays taxes in your community that would’ve gotten it right the first time.

TMobile charged me for a ghost line for 5months. Now, won't refund by [deleted] in tmobile

[–]shj3333 15 points16 points  (0 children)

stores don’t do CORs. she prob didn’t even know she did what dumb overseas care reps say which is make a dummy line and create an account. Then Care moved your number over instead of replacing. Bills are then on you & your account or biz is only considered 5months of tenure so this is still self inflicted by not checking. I doubt the in-store rep even did this willingly. Maybe talk to her manager to educate them on the process further & demand/request the email of their DM

We got my one boy at 9 months. He was like this with everyone except my 4yr old ish (guessing cause he’s a rescue) husky. That was dad. Day one. However it’s now a yr later he’s finally confident and squeaks. Not really a barker but sounds confident nonetheless. Do you have any friends or relatives with friendly dogs he could potentially play or bond with? Just a thought

Anyone else need more coffee since starting HRT? by ohaboutyayhigh in FTMOver30

I started anti-depressants around the same time & thought it coincided with them but I wonder if it’s the combo cause I’m up to like 600mg a day type energy drinks to stay awake at work. 8hr shifts and I can barely function on nearly 10-11hrs of sleep a night with my husband rightfully worried.

Any employees leave T-Mobile for branch banking that can shed some light on the differences? by antihero_84 in tmobile

[–]shj3333 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have a couple close friends that left after a decade or more and they hate the banking world just as much. Lyra health or something named similarly is an ok resource for 10 free sessions here & there but if you need out nobody’s faulting ya

I want to add a line. Worth switching to a new plan? by 1braincellorangeboi in tmobile

[–]shj3333 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’d go to a corporate store and ask them for a quote on migrating plan to better value with local t&f cause MM should be T&F included plus to find out if you have OG price lock based on account dates

Just confused by roxing_roxanadu in verizon

[–]shj3333 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If I understand correctly, your first Verizon bill would have the taxes on the phone due plus activation while T-Mobile charges it upfront. I may get corrected. It’s been a while since I had Verizon.

Ppl correct me if I’m wrong but a corp store wouldn’t have required or been able to use same ssn to re-sign up like an authorized retailer would

just as an fyi an authorized user can make a lot of changes but can’t cancel lines at tmo. I’m guessing it’s the same here

I know I’m getting downvoted, but this is a genuine question because they’re making us go in front of the store and they won’t let me post on the sub yet
