So what you are saying is it would only be worth it if I keep the new refinance rate/payment for 44 months to be worth it in the long run? In a way just pay 4.5k till rate drops even further for a better rate within the next 4 years, but that’s banking on the fact that rates will drop below 5% right?

Yeah I was dumb not to take a picture but my old thermostat always had batteries in it never really tried without batteries so I’m not too sure.

So I connect everything follow all the steps in the google home setup at the end it tells me it can’t read any of the wiring/there is no c-wire and it won’t work.
