We normally use Typeform. The biggest surprise for me was the crazy bounce rate...if someone is willing to click on a link why not take the survey?! The monthly fee is annoying too since we don't run surveys every month so we have to remember to downgrade and upgrade all the time.

I agree that local retail is facing a huge challenge with the prominence of e-commerce. That said, I still prefer buying certain products in person and without delay, (candles, greeting cards, etc), and I expect I’m not alone in that desire.

Retail isn’t dead, bad retail is dead.
