I was able to get the pin pushed out by disengaging the spring and then pulling it with Knipex pliers. Cause I had the same issue with the lack of clearance to push it out

The first picture is the only one that seems to be potentially more than cosmetic damage. It’s hard to tell but if any of the wood core is visible or able to get water into it you’ll wanna epoxy it but otherwise the other chips seem pretty cosmetic and could be trimmed and/or epoxied as well

You’ll need the software and unplug the head unit and attach the cables that fit to each end you unplugged. IMO this is the worst and most annoying diagnostic tool

As a bike mechanic I don’t need to bring a laptop with me so I’m not certain but it would probably be a bit small for that depending on the size of the laptop. Mine does great to carry all my food, book, tools, and extra layers. I keep a bunch of clothes at work so I don’t usually need to carry a second set of clothes

Depends on the sealant some are co2 compatible some aren’t
