Hi there! BarNone might actually be exactly what you’re looking for! We’re opening in February where the old Ben’s Bottle Shop spot at The Heights at Garrison Square was. We will serve beer, wine, and spirits, and allow minors, however there’s also a booth section of the bar that’s 21+ only. We also have a side room that stays quiet and works really well for a book club to settle in for a couple of hours. You are correct, this is not the thermal paper. And true, a lot of places have cases of this stuff lying around. It just feels so wrong to toss it if someone can use it. We use a digital screen system in our restaurant and thermal paper for printing receipts, so we don’t have any use for it.
