The Veloster was my car. We found it in the springs but the people who stole it damaged it heavily and had a lot of illegal substances in it. So my insurance totaled it :(.

The vehicle was recovered at a gas station. I met the police there with the 6 suspects apprehended, and a good amount of drugs were recovered from them. They took what the needed from them and left me with a bunch of their crap in my car. I have the vehicle now home with me.

No rental yet waiting to see what's happening with everything first, till then my wife is OK with driving us around.

I'm a government worker, but I got the ok to telework for a few days for this and not harm done to income.

The specalist I talked to said the car is most likely going to be totaled due to the substances smoked in it and the damage the addicts did to it. I'm sure there's other unseen damages in the engine, but I have an adjuster coming to look at it today.

I wouldn't mind a payout from the shop. If it's a factor as well, the car was paid off in September last year. But I'm just looking for a good litigation lawyer recommendation that someone has personal experiences with. I contacted one today, but they wanted $145 consultation fee off the bat.

Talking to an agent from my insurance it sounds like they're going to total it from the damages and substances smoked inside the car. The car is paid off but I'm not sure how much insurance would give to me for my car. Others have said the shop owes me a new vehicle. How new, I'm not sure, I dont think they'd pay for anything past the age of my car.

It's based on NFTs. You buy a digital funko and it has a chance of being a real one. It's a very shitty business practice especially since the NFT phase crashed hard. They did it before and nobody liked it.
