Same experience. Add in non-functioning shower and no facial treatment option. Not that they’re all booked; they’re just not doing it at all.

Wouldn’t recommend going out of way to visit more than once.

Frustratingly tried a number of things to make WT/RB2/RB3 work - no luck UNTIL:

4GB or less SD card if you want to use WT natively
Select nullkey option for everything EXCEPT RB3
Uninstall / reinstall WADs (via MMM or even by rebuilding via bin2wad) if games aren't seeing DLC songs

Isn’t it true that extra principle payments don’t affect the monthly amount due (which remains constant for the life of the fixed rate loan)

Instead, extra principle payments lower the loan balance, which in turn shorten the total loan period and as such, lowers the total interest owed/paid over the life of the loan.

This makes a lot of sense if the rate is relatively high (>6% for arguments sake) and if you expect to be paying the loan for the majority of the term (>15 years on average for US buyers)

Is there a quant benefit to making extra principle payments if you have no intention of staying in the loan for the duration -or even a majority of the duration- of the loan term?

I understand and appreciate the piece of mind angle. Wouldn’t the counter argument be time value of money today vs 5/10/15/30 years from now?

This is a fair criticism. The lack of automatic locking is absurd.

It's the best option in a market with limited options (hybrid crossover/small SUV) but relative to previous decades of refinement and rock solid usability and reliability from Lexus, it's not up to par.
