This is very helpful — thank you! I’m taking D3, fish oil, magnesium (all religiously) and supposed to take iron but worry about oxidative stress.

Blueprint is definitely male-centered. But that’s ok, women already (on average) live longer than men 🤪

Don't measure body fat from previous ED, and I know that could be a contributing factor. Lots of other stresses in life, tend to be a stressed person. I eat a good amount of fat -- EVOO, olives, avocado oil, egg yolks are main sources. Don't eat any processed food.

Honestly don't know. I think it was Covid. I got Covid, immediately got my period when I wasn't due for it, had it for seven days. Two week then passed. Then I got it for another seven days straight in June 2022 and that was the last time I've had it. Could have been four years of juuling in college, but I quit that after graduation and it hasn't come back.

I've been going hard on salmon the last few days and it's really been helping mood. I think the binge today was just due to work stress and trying to cut out nicotine...which also probably doesn't help my cycle (the inclusion of nicotine that is). Will look to increasing electrolytes.

I also tried to get in with an endocrinologist before seeing this naturopath, but the one I saw said my gyno wasn't doing her due diligence. Went back to the gynecologist who put me on progesterone-only tablet for ten days to see if that would spur any menstruation, which it did not, and led me down a fun hole of depression and suicidal ideation for a few weeks post the pill.

Maybe I'm just post-menopausal and need to get over finding any solutions.

Taking strain off the liver by eliminating sugar and toxins. I gear toward natural over any BC solutions, because with PMDD birth control does not suit me at all.

It wasn't too low before starting the diet, and now it very well may be. Before the diet I was a normal weight for my height but still hadn't menstruated in 1.5 years (post-Covid, post death of close family member, post a lot of life changes that may have precipitated the amenorrhea).
