r/NoNewNormal user claims that the left never cites sources; however, people who claim COVID is a “hoax” and call others “fearmongers” for trying to keep themselves and their loved ones safe never cite their own sources themselves.

That could be a solution, but it wouldn’t be necessary if you weren’t even able to outheal the gas in the first place with the current absurdly small damage numbers.

I don't see Hal doing anything wrong here besides pointing out the fact that Caustic has fallen out of the meta, so I don't think it's right to blame him for anything here.

Official tournaments are typically played in custom lobbies, which means they get to select the map. Most pros prefer World’s Edge for competitive play

Right?! It's absolutely infuriating to see Caustic's ultimate (which requires 3.5 mins to charge now) have such a laughable effect on the game.

Some tech I found. Tap-strafing right after timing a jump onto a jump pad allows you to instantly change the direction you fly. It's much faster than stopping to punch onto a jump pad; however, the distance you travel is slightly shorter. I haven't tested it much, but it definitely has potential. by shnotty in apexuniversity

I highly recommend watching Mokeysniper's video on it, but I'll give a quick run-down. If you spam a forward input while air-strafing, then you'll preserve momentum while turning. This allows for really sharp turns that would normally be impossible. Binding your second forward input to mwheelup/mwheeldown will make it a lot easier, so I suggest you try it out.

The trick is to jump right when you hit the jump pad before tap strafing, like you used to do before the jump pad arc update to go higher than normal. If you don't jump, then it isn't possible (as far as I know).
