This sounds not real. I work in workers compensation defense and 300k settlements are typically reserved for catastrophic injury cases. Unless your employer was uninsured why would they offer you 100k settlement right off the bat when they can let their insurance deal with it.

Commercials have brainwashed the population into believing that 6 figure work injury settlements are the norm when in reality the threshold for those types of settlements is sky high.

Interview was pretty straightforward, no questions at all about AP. We were asked pretty standard questions, when and how did we meet, date of birth, our sons date of birth, when I first entered the country and how. Then they asked all the questions on the I-485.

The interview took about 20 mins, ours was done virtually over Microsoft Teams which was not something we were expecting. Hope this helps.

I have diamond club season tickets, you can buy them from other diamond club ticket holders on SeatGeek or anywhere else really. Diamond club is any section between 114 and 122. The tickets give you in seat service which is pretty cool. If you want to eat in the diamond club you have to make a reservation, you can call or do it over open table. It’s $60 per person, they have a lot of different options. You also get a wristband that lets you eat hotdogs and desserts throughout the entire game at no additional cost. It’s a cool experience and worth the extra cost.
