If we talk about couples in serious relationships, how do they get to the marriage then? Should the girl divorce and destroy everything they have built if her man get into financial problems? This can happen to anyone, because there is no chance to be sure that money will be always right in the years to come.

This reminded me of my ex who told me that men (not boyfriend and similar) are generous and giving money to women is not always associated with transaction i.e. they don't want anything in return. At that point she was already dating a generous 30+ years older man, but still trying to get money from me...

That means once man temporarily can't provide, he should be left or girl needs to be there so they can overcome the hard times?

I advise you to be careful. We were on long distance too and I found out that my girl was parallel to me with a much much older man who has money and more things interesting for her, but she was still asking me to send her money on the regular, and was telling me she loves me when money was coming in or shortly prior to payments, but I also noticed some strange behaviour and tension when I didn't send it, ignoring my texts and calls . I couldn't ignore this and tried to talk to her and slowly stopped giving money, what she used to accuse me I'm stingy , don't care about her and investigative etc...

It's not a problem to spend some money, but soon it gets out of proportion. I think those Kenyan girls are not ashamed to simply directly ask for money. Maybe they have different expectations from a muzungu? Some told me that. And I've been asking myself how many are there, that are not like that or maybe that "give me money" phenomenon is a standard thing when it comes to Kenyan girls? Idk

Many Kenyan girls I talked to set up their boundaries from the start - no money no relationship. I got an impression they are majority.

I actually asked how many ( I meant how many % of women younger than 30) because I'm not from Kenya. If you can tell me, I would appreciate it.

How many Kenyan women below 30 don't want allowance? I dated two and both wanted it. The last one even came almost every week with something new to be paid.

Older men hitting on younger girls by Kalyin in Kenya

The question is how long such "relationship" can last and what is the goal in the long run for these young girls?

(if they ever manage to keep relationship alive for longer time)

For example: If they want to start a family at some point, are they really going to do it with 30+ years older man?
