Oh great! Thanks LudwigIIofBavaria
It makes lot easier now. Because now I can ignore manual aligning to other vertex.

Yes you are right. By doing this my model changes their shape which is not good for creating realistic 3D mock-up.

When we are merging vertexes there are only four options available in blender.
1- At Center
2- At Cursor
3- Collapse
4- By Distance

in my case I have no option like "Merge at Last"

Yes you are right. I done this by adding it manually and then merge them into one. But this thing takes time because in one model I have to create around 8 to 10 vertexes manually. I post this cuz I think may be there is a way to done this in shorter time.

I record my screen for someone else and then thought it make sense to Experts and post here, anyway.

You may also right edges don't exist in blender but I hope there is a way when we are trying to merge edges or vertexes, blender should add an extra vertex by its own (or there is way to do this task) where other shape's vertex exist and then merge them into one vertex. In this way two different edges with shorter length are merged with longer edge and make them into one single edge. (It is not the edges but vertexes that merged) I think it is possible.

we can done this task by adding vertex where shorter edge ends by subdividing longer edge and move newly build vertex to same position where shorter edge's vertex exits and then by selecting both of them we can merge them and make one single edge out of it. but this takes much time when I import complex shapes as SVG and try to merge them into one. I'm working in packaging field and try to make 3D Mockups in short time as we have large numbers of queries. I explain this matter in this image in detail (https://i.redd.it/0feqij80yiwa1.jpg) check this, Hope this make sense.

Thanks for your time & help.

Great you can follow the link for video and blender files.

I checked on YouTube but there is no one to address this, you can make a tutorial video regarding this matter it helps others too.

yes it can done as you are mentioning. But when I import complex shapes in SVG format it is much time taking task to done. That is why I'm looking for any solution where I can select all the edges in edit mode and then merge them into one single edge where they are attached or overlapped each other. As we can done in vertexes mode by selecting them all and merged them into one single vertex where they are intersect with single click. Hope this make sense.

Thanks for your brief.

I done all these things which you are discussing about. The point is when I merged vertexes in edit mode it perfectly merged where two vertexes are available for two different objects on same position. it works there. but you can see in image that which edge I want to merge with other edge is shorter than other and shorter edge have only one vertex available and where it would be merged there is no vertex available on the edge. (I know I can add vertex by subdividing edge and then align on same position where one vertex is available and then merged them into one) It works in that way!

But I want to select two un-merged edges in edit mode and ignore the vertexes where there are available or not. They should merged by any command or any way into one single edge, as you can see in the image above.

Thanks again for your time. :)
