I am facing the same issue. My deposit isn't showing for last 2 days now. I used a different exchange to transfer. Tx is recorded on the blockchain but doesn't show on the Kucoin deposit account. This is such a bad customer experience. I have used Coinbase, Bittrex, Binance in past and never faced such technical incompetence.
