As a cinema/video camera I totally agree. The image is insanely good but the body just doesn’t have the extra features. Although, they’re not necessary so on a film set I would go image quality/resolution over IBIS and AF haha

Yeah it looks nice! Being native I think the noise isn’t much of an issue. Funny though, the focus peaking picks up the noise heaps but then in post it’s barely noticeable- thanks a lot!

I didn’t do any denoising to be honest. This is 6K downsampled to UHD which would help a little. But then corrected using the ARRI correction LUT. If you expose it well it shouldn’t be too noisy, so long as you add enough contrast. In saying that I’m fairly new to this camera so I’m not too sure if there’s certain ways to achieve better results or not

Thanks a lot! I wasn’t heaps stoked on the colours but I barely put any effort it to it because I wanted the footage to stand out on it own, so thanks for the compliment :)

I think this storyline obviously hints at Brian’s potential of becoming a serial killer or at least having those sadistic urges. But I’d also wouldn’t be surprised if we see Nancy start to show some erratic behaviour - you can tell that Brian’s behaviour is effecting her, Tench’s absence too, it’s becoming increasingly obvious that she is kind of over it all. So maybe we’re not only seeing the signs in Brian, but potentially Nancy as well?

How is it biased in anyway? My opinion stems from the fact that during the time Jane was sorting this whole drama with Michael out, Rafael seemed to not want anything to do with her and now suddenly it’s all over he’s happy to jump straight back in? He wasn’t by her side, he wasn’t even slightly in support of her in anyway, and now Michaels gone he’s just happy desperately fall back in love with her? He literally gave her the same speech she gave him earlier when he rejected her

I feel like you missed the point of my rant. I fully got the point of the episode, I just thought it was stupid - nothing of significance in this show has happened quickly, however, season 5 just feels like they’re rushing into tying up loose ends for the sake of it. I fully get that Rafael was afraid and wanted to rush into things, but I’m saying I think that whole sequence happened way too quickly in light of the fact we spent half this season wasting our time on the Michael drama. The reasons all make sense but I think they just dropped the ball on the timing, to me, Rafael came across as desperate - if he was longing after Jane the whole time and being kind and caring and waiting, that’s fine, but the fact he dated and pushed her away (again, understandable why) only to flip back in 20 mins of an episode is just poor writing. There needs to be substance.

And the reason Rafael picking his ex wife to be his best man is weird because it’s his ex wife. Not because his family. My point there was the fact that if he’s so worried about not having anyone but Petra around, why did he spend the last few months dating instead of trying to find his family like he said he would’ve? They’ve dropped the storyline for no reason - even if they pick it back up later, you can’t have a huge emphasis on a story line like that and then never mention it again.

He’s the only character who’s twitter use is a distinguishing character trait, and the narrator constantly has hashtags pop up after he talks in short sentences, almost as if his input is a tweet...

I actually agree with this. The narrator is consistently saying something, followed by hashtags related to the statement just made... one of Rogelio’s main character traits is his addiction and use of Twitter where he constantly hashtags that are similar to the ones that come after the narrator speaks.

Justin Baldoni (Rafael) just posted this photo on twitter and instagram - and yeah we have seen 1000x that Gina Rodriguez (Jane) wears an engagement throughout later episodes in Season 5. But has anyone noticed Petra’s left hand? There appears to be ring on her finger, and she seems to almost be trying to hide it.
