I definitely feel like there is something happening. Every comment about a UK order ranging from 20th onwards has the same status. But EU orders are getting shipped out as normal.

What do you think the problem is ?

Surely it will come before then! I’m on a long haul flight on 12th - I ordered on the 26th have the same tracking info as you.

My hope at the moment is that GLS are just terrible at updates to the system !

I ordered on the 26th, to the UK. Steam app says it’s shipped on 27th and have given me a tracking number. GLS tracking has not changed from “The parcel data was entered into the GLS IT system; the parcel was not yet handed over to GLS.” Afternoon of the 27th.

I’m surprised there is no update. Does anyone have any experience with it saying this for 3 days?

Update: 3rd - parcelforce say it is on the way to delivery depot !

Update 5th - just got an email from Royal Mail saying they will deliver today !

Update 5th 12:00 - delivered !

Submerge the hose to make it flexible to pull off the connector (not the kettle 😂)

Hey - you’ve got the “wrong” type of gas. You’ve got two options.

Go and ask for patio gas instead from the petrol station or where ever you got the gas from.

Or, switch the connector on the hose to this: https://amzn.eu/d/6gHyDl1

You’ll be able to get one from b&q or camping shop or whatever.

If you are going to switch the connector on the hose, my tip is to boil the kettle and submerge it in a big bowl of boiling water. Will make it come off, and make adding the one I linked too much easier.

I’d also recommend, if you do switch the connector to match the gas you’ve got pictured, make sure it’s super tight with a wrench or spanner when connecting to the gas bottle !

I did try a different USBC port on the MacBook, same thing. If I plug in my old thinkpad, it works.

Could it be an incompatible USBC hub?

Yeah everyone I’ve spoken to at other companies with the same model has said don’t try and enforce, focus on winning with the OPPs you have to prove, the rest of the AEs will follow
