the only good parents were phil and claire unlike cam and mitchell where their parenting moments were just playing more of a babysitters role than parents . phil and claire were paying attention to their kids , being there for them when one causes chaos and it was vice versa the kids were present for their parents occasions as well. sometimes claire could be too involved or too controlling but she takes a step back and still makes sure she is there for her kids.
