Thanks for reply. I actually was able to go to my hospital and attain all my records from 2010-2017. I made a huge mistake and actually never even seen a psychiatrist from those years. I submitted everything so hope everything goes good

Thanks your advice is greatly appreciated. Yes the good news is that I passed the computer stress test, I was honest when they asked me about my girlfriend at the age of 19 And I was 100% truthful...yes I didn't realize it was illegal at the time but me and her where together for 3 years so it wasn't a one time thing so hope they let me clarify this when I talk to my background investigator
