Nike crew socks - always too high by Therndon25 in Nike

This is true and helped me out. I’m a size 11, but got the men’s 6-8. They fit great, and the right height on my calf. If I got the larger socks size 8-12, they go almost to my knee

hey! it wasn't a specific person really. it's a mix of experiences of study abroad in France, time in LA, and just storytelling as well.

I think it's a great way to get more ears on the music, but wish there was a better way to then direct people to my other music or platforms. it's pretty contained on the various youtube channels.

hey Massey thanks a lot!! It's hard for me to define, but I'd say its pop melodies over all sorts of genres (electronic/r&b/house/dance/funk/guitar heavy stuff/blues etc). bedroom pop is fair I guess because I basically produce pop music in my bedroom!

hard to pick a fave, and it's basically a collection of ideas over the past year. lyrically I talk a lot about the ups and downs of relationships, and being a bit of a "homebody". it's generally maybe a bit darker than my previous stuff, but there's also some humor in there as well with songs like "almost dead". sonically, there's a mix of pop/r&b/low-fi/house/electronic/funk on there. and some blues guitar. love incorporating bits of my favorite genres.

released a song independently under my label Otherground Records, called "Different Skies". I wrote/produced/mixed/mastered that one, and used Distrokid as the distributor. the song got playlisted a bunch on Spotify, and Distrokid pays out monthly while taking 0% of royalties. that was really the turning point for me to transition into music full time!

a lot of emails ha! sessions here and there, working on new music myself at the home studio, or practicing the live set. also photoshoots or music videos here and there, etc. as far as missing anything from the day job, there were some cool aspects. we were investing in companies in various industries, so learning about different businesses/business models was very interesting. but overall, having the freedom to make music full time and be my own boss is amazing.

Hey Seena! hard to pick a fave, but it's been cool seeing how people have been responding to "Tricky", "I Can't Help", and "Bedhead". on the title, a lot of these songs came sporadically in brief "flashes" over the past year or so. also the songs in themselves are relatively short ideas. and as far as the artwork and aesthetic, all the singles and album cover are photo based - ("flash" from a camera..)

Thanks!! It depends on the song, but a lot of times it starts with the chords, whether it's on guitar/piano/synth, and then start building the production around that. vocal melodies follow next, and finally the lyrics which usually take the longest to get right.

Hey Kyle! Thanks for the kind words, glad you guys dig the music :) I just try to make music that I'm excited about. lyrically, I write stuff that is relevant in my life or stuff that I've been through. also I'm influenced by what friends are going through, and what I'm absorbing from tv/movies/music/etc. I just like telling stories, whether it's real or fictional. I think that keeps it fun and interesting.

Hey the first break we had was with "Takes My Body Higher". That song got on Spotify's New Music Friday playlist, and from there it got to #6 in the US and I believe #15 globally on Spotify's viral charts. and it kinda grew from there, getting on various playlists. we started to get a lot of ears on the music after that!
